Should I be there when you come?
You don’t have to be there while we clean—whatever works best for you! Many of our clients give us access ahead of time and love coming home to a fresh, clean space. If you prefer to be home, that’s totally fine too. Just a quick reminder: please secure any pets and try to declutter floors and countertops as much as possible so we can give you the best clean!
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We totally get that life happens — but please give us a heads-up!
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
This helps us respect our team’s time and keep our schedule running smoothly.
